Kalani Sitake is the head football coach at BYU. Sitake has over 15 years of coaching experience. He left Oregon State in 2015 to take over his new position at BYU. He is the 14th head coach in BYU history and only the 4th since 1972.

Sitake returned to his alma mater having been a graduate of BYU.   He graduated in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in English. Additionally, Sitake was a three-year starter at fullback for the Cougars from 1998-2000. He and his wife, Timberly, have three children and reside in Provo, Utah.
