Marvin L. Storm is recognized as a nationally recognized entrepreneur and franchise expert with more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of entrepreneurship and franchising. His began his career after he earned his B.S. in accounting from Brigham Young University and was recruited by Deloitte Touché, a national accounting firm. He left professional/corporate life becoming a serial entrepreneur developing a specific expertise in the franchising. Marvin has started businesses from scratch, been a franchisee, a multi-unit franchisee, a regional franchise in four different franchise concepts, acquired a franchise company and has launched a franchise company from scratch.
Currently, he is the author of a recently published book, Transitioning from Employee to Entrepreneur, a book for transitional traditional world employees who are migrating into entrepreneurship. He is often a contributor to national entrepreneurial and franchise publications and publishes an entrepreneur blog at www.time2transition.com. He continues to focus on developing, growing and supporting franchise strategies for emerging franchise concepts.
Marvin served a mission in South Africa and has served as a Bishop and in the Stake Presidency of the Oakland California Stake. He lives with in Moraga, CA and is the father of five children.
